How to Feel Sexier in Bed – No Matter What your Size is!
It doesn’t matter whether you’re in a relationship or single, feeling sexy while you’re not happy with your weight is a challenge. I want to help, here are a few things I do to remind myself that I am THAT BITCH!
1. Take Sexy Polaroids!
This can be for your man or yourself! If you’re not comfortable with someone else being behind the camera, use a tripod and take some selfies with your phone! I recommend doing your hair and makeup and wearing some new lingerie that you feel comfortable with! I personally love shopping on Amazon, but there are so many options! Here are some curvy-friendly sites: Yandy, Fashion Nova, Adore Me, Shein.
2. Use Fun Toys!
You can shop with your boo at your local adult store for something out of the norm, this will make you feel motivated and push your insecurities to the side! If you’d feel more confortable using toys solo and shopping discreetly, you can always order online – stores like Adam & Eve, and Nasty Gal are great!
3. Make a Playlist
There are two types of people in this world - those who listen to music during sex and those who don’t. If you’re the latter, skip this step. There’s a TON of “sexy” playlists on spotify and apple music, just look for playlists with the peach and eggplant emojis! You can gather all the best music that makes you feel hot AF and play it with your S/O or alone!
4. Wear Lingerie – for yourself and your S/O!
Wearing lingerie by yourself might seem silly at first, but try it first then let me know how it made you feel! I mentioned a few places to buy lingerie in Step 1, but the important part is finding lingerie that makes you feel empowered and HOT! Wearing a curve hugging bustier with matching thigh high panty hose is my go-to for when I need that EXTRA confidence boost, but everyone is different! Find your unique style!
